Refunds will be made on to original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
We aim to “process” renewals immediately upon order. This means that we will, within a very short time of receiving your renewal order:
- make payment directly to a country’s intellectual property (“IP”) Office on your behalf; or
- where we are unable to make renewal payment to a country’s IP Office directly, instruct an authorized foreign attorney or renewal agent to make such renewal payment on your / our behalf.
As soon as we process a renewal, we become liable to pay the associated renewal cost. Accordingly, NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.
There is only one instance where we will refund a renewal payment received from you: where a renewal that we have attempted to process has already been paid by a third party (e.g. your previous attorney or renewal agent).
In such instance, we will refund your renewal payment net of our costs incurred in: receiving your renewal payment; refunding your renewal payment and us attempting to process your renewal.
