Reminders:
Patent annuity reminders are sent 1, 3 and 6 months before the patent renewal deadline.
Lead time:
Patent annuities should be processed at least 14 days before the patent renewal deadline. Should you wish to pay a renewal during this 14 day period, please contact us.
Late payments:
Late payment of patent annuities will need to be processed manually by us, at an additional cost. Most countries permit lapsed patent renewals to be paid during a 6 month grace period. However, late payment penalties will apply.
