Reminders:
Design annuity reminders are sent 1, 3 and 6 months before the design renewal deadline.
Lead time:
Design annuities should be processed at least 14 days before the design renewal deadline. Should you wish to pay a renewal during this 14 day period, please contact us.
Late payments:
Late payment of design annuities will need to be processed manually by us, at an additional cost. Most countries permit lapsed design renewals to be paid during a 6 month grace period. However, late payment penalties will apply.
